Product Description

Hatshepsut (meaning Foremost of Noble Ladies; 1508–1458 BCE) was the fifth pharaoh of the Eighteenth dynasty of Egypt. Hatshepsut came to the throne of Egypt in 1478 BCE. Officially, she ruled jointly with Thutmose III who had ascended to the throne as a child one year earlier. Hatshepsut was the chief wife of Thutmose II, Thutmose III’s father. She is generally regarded by Egyptologists as one of the most successful pharaohs, reigning longer than any other woman of an indigenous Egyptian dynasty. According to Egyptologist James Henry Breasted she is also known as "the first great woman in history of whom we are informed."

Hatshepsut was the daughter of Thutmose I and his primary wife Ahmes. Her husband Thutmose II was the son of Thutmose I. Hatshepsut and Thutmose II had a daughter named Neferure.

Given the fact that many of the Egyptian pharaohs exhibited European phenotypes (facial features, blonde hair, blue eyes, etc), it may be that the Egyptian royal dynasties may have had a significant European genetic and cultural spiritual heritage. Imhotep III belonged to a genetic fatherline haplogroup typical of Celtic Europeans, namely R1b1a2. My own Northern European U5b1b1 motherline is also linked by genetic scientific researchers to have a common ancestor about 9000 years ago with the North African Berber tribe. The time of the common ancestor between my Scandinavian ancestors and North Africans, around 9000 years ago, makes it quite plausible that some of my ancestors went on to become Egyptian royalty (whose dynasties begin to appear in prehistory about 5000 years ago). Like many of the pharaohs of ancient Egypt, the North African Berbers still today exhibit many Northern European phenotypes. Consequently, I consider North Africa and ancient Egypt to be part of my own ancestral heritage. In honor of my ancient North African heritage, I raise and honor HATSHEPSUT, the greatest female pharaoh of ancient Egypt. Hail HATSHEPSUT!

In recognition and in honor of my ancient Egyptian North African Berber genetic ties, HAPSHEPSUT Rich ROYAL EGYPTIAN KYPHI "Artisan Alchemist"™ Temple Oil is handcrafted with a deep exotic blend of Raisins, Sweet Grape Wine, Beniw Date Wine, Egyptian Clover Honey, Frankincense, Myrrh, Mastic, Sweet Flag, Aspalathos, Camel Grass, Spearmint, Cyperus, Juniper, Sweet Cinnamon, Golden Amber, Sweet Almond oil and a few other secret ingredients.
