"Vajra is a Sanskrit word meaning both thunderbolt and diamond. Additionally, it is a weapon won in battle which is used as a ritual object to symbolize both the properties of a diamond (indestructibility) and a thunderbolt (irresistible force). The Sanskrit Vajra- and Avestan Vazra are possibly from the Proto-Indo-European root *weg'- which means "to be(come) powerful." It is related to Proto-Finno-Uralic *vaśara, "hammer, axe", but both the Sanskrit and Finno-Ugric derivatives are likely Proto-Aryan or Proto-Indo-Aryan." Source - Wikipedia

On the VAJRA as it experiences and expresses through reality through me ... an excerpt from my poem, Dagaz Rune Poem, A Magnetic Sweet Dance:

"... like diamonds in chaos
proto-perception foams, over annihilating operations
and from it, dark bursts of lucidity finely entwine
coarse grains of almost something, almost yet sufficient
the silent rush of yet nothing slides, wildly as percolating pivots
diligently thread through it, casting clarity
upon myriads, hard pauses startle into vision ... extending the glorious field of apprehension"

Image: My personal "Mark Master Witch" (which contains both Thurisaz - Thor's thunderbolt hammer rune - and Ing rune diamond symbolism) has a central upright "diamond" Ing rune (N-S-E-W oriented Vajra scepter) manifest into being by a Dagaz rune opened on the right side by Feoh (the rune of active and projective Hamingja).
