Product Description

An Old European and New World Yuletide tradition of drinking Eggnog to celebrate the season originated in medieval Europe as a hot drink of spiced milk curdled with wine or ale called Posset. Traditionally made with raw eggs, the Nog in Eggnog derives from the word Noggin, a small wooden carved mug used to serve alcohol. In Colonial times, Eggnog was referred to as Egg-N-Grog (where Grog is another name for Rum).

To help you celebrate the Yuletide season, this rich cream and rum WINTER HOLIDAY EGGNOG "Old European Yuletide"™ pillar candle is master crafted with ancestral Old English tydor by Lori, a witch from an esteemed bloodline of Old English chandlers (which includes Josiah Franklin, the father of American founding father, Grand Master Mason Benjamin Franklin). Dusted with fresh spicy Nutmeg, WINTER HOLIDAY EGGNOG is generously scented with the warm and inviting aroma of rich cream, eggs, grog rum, sugar and other holiday spices. Adorned with a gold tone Holly charm hung on Old Gold organdy ribbon, WINTER HOLIDAY EGGNOG will delight the senses and drench you with the spirit of the season.

Candle measures approximately 2x3 inches.
