Returns are not authorized and will not be refunded. Forced returns by refusal of delivery for any reason will not be refunded nor exchanged.
If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please contact me within three days of confirmed order package delivery receipt to work out a speedy resolution to the mix-up or replacement of damaged item if covered under my terms of replacement. Photos clearly showing shipping package and all damage to the item is required for consideration of replacement. I am not responsible for item damage caused by delivery services or through use of the item.
